Terms of Service

Welcome to ChordCharts (chordcharts.app), operated by AW Consults LLC. By using ChordCharts, you agree to these terms.

1. Your Content

You keep full ownership of the songs, chord charts, setlists, and audio recordings you create or upload in ChordCharts. You grant us the limited right to store, back up, render, and transmit your content solely to provide the service to you and to the people or bands you choose to share it with. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any lyrics, charts, or recordings you upload or share.

2. Accounts & Acceptable Use

You may sign in with your Google account or email address. You agree not to misuse the service, interfere with other users, or attempt unauthorized access to ChordCharts or its APIs.

3. Subscriptions & Billing

ChordCharts offers a free plan and optional paid Premium and Group subscriptions billed through Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless canceled before renewal in Settings → Manage Subscription.

4. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

ChordCharts is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. While we synchronize your library across your devices and servers, we recommend keeping backups of critical work (for example via the Google Drive song folder or exporting files). To the fullest extent permitted by law, AW Consults LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
